• Hello..

Am I missing something? I made a test.. and after refreshing the page the hidden content appears again.. and again.. and again.. Please tell me that I’m missing something important and your plugin wasn’t developed like this.. because, seriously.. It’s not too useful for anybody in that way..

Another question.. can I hide content by user Role ?.. For example I would like people to buy tickets and get access to my content but just for some seconds or minutes..

Thank you for your time and help!

@romonoutic Please adjust your approach completely.

Instead of boiling over with frustration and being demanding against someone who kindly has added a plugin to the repository for you to use freely try something that motivates helping you out instead.

After all a plugin is not a custom- made script to server your specific needs. If it’s a fit for your needs – great. If not, submit a bug report of a feature request.

If issues – work with the dev to get to the bottom of it. In this respect as in any other aspect of your life you’ll find that being polite and patient will work way better. Your tone is like; “I need(ed) this free plugin to work (yesterday) to make money – GODDAMMIT”.

Though it’s understandable that you’re frustrated due to your experience chances are that you are in fact missing something. My first though reading your complaint is that cache settings on your site might prevent it from working properly. Have you got any cache or CDN plugins installed and/or using Cloudflare os proxy.

Try troubleshooting by disabling other plugins installed one by one besides this one to eliminate plugin conflicts (not just cache plugins, all plugins) one at the time.

After each plugin you disable try refreshing the website frontend to check if the plugin you’ve just disabled caused this plugin not to work properly. In case of a conflict you can report the specific conflict to the dev and he test and debug the issue.

If you have a cache plugin make sure to clean the sites cache (and your browser cache) on the go.

Also try using another theme to test if that is the problem. Same procedure as with plugins.

Such a conflict is likely to be the culprit. if not at least you’ve done your homework helping out the community.

I haven’t used the plugin not am I affiliated in any way, but I’d look into testing using steps above for staters. It may very well be a bug in this plugin but don’t assume. Test and provide usable feedback in order to resolve.

Hope you get it sorted out.
