lite plugin not work

Sorry for the trouble you are having with the plugin. Here is the possible solution you can follow.

1. Goto to Settings> Permalinks and resave the settings then check. If this doesn’t help then follow the next step.

2. Please make sure if your server is able to load the JSON file properly. To check you have to visit the following link: yourdomain.com/wp-json. You have to replace ‘your domain’ with your original site domain. Now, if you get error 404 on the mentioned link then this will mean that your server is not loading the JSON file and we will need to contact your hosting service provider.

Thanks for your quick reply. I check url its show error 404.
Right now we are testing woocommerce and dokan on sub domain and we use aws hosting and plesk

But we have not set Permalinks yet what is dokan Permalinks setting?
