Blank response

  • Hi,
    I have a “Blank Response from server” (I’m not the only one as I can see :))

    I’ve changed the theme to twenty fifteen, and still have the same trouble

    I’ve looked on de dev console and I have this message. Does it means something to you ? Any help will be welcomed ?? Thanks a lot ??

    A blank response generally means a fatal PHP error. This could be coming from my plugin, or another plugin. There is no way to know unless you log the error.

    The console is of no use in this case. Check your site is properly set up to log errors. Enable debug mode. And look for a cause in your error logs.

    Localize <IfModule mod_deflate.c> in your .htacess file and add below :

    SetEnvIfNoCase Request_URI ^/thumb.php no-gzip dont-vary

    Be careful when editing your .htacess, do it with a software like Notepad++, and in Encoding check UTF-8 without BOM before saving the file.

    I appreciate you trying to help my users, but nothing about this post suggests that your solution is suitable. There are infinite reasons for a blank response and the fault must be diagnosed first.
