Form Submission not working within out network, but ok outside

I’ve de/activated plugins and none of them seemed to fix this issue. It just started a couple of days ago and I looked over my audit logs and nothing has been updated on the website. Is there possibly some sort of built-in flood feature? We do use the forms internally quite often as do customers on our wifi. We’ve had CF7 for years and haven’t had this issue. I’ve googled extensively and mostly came up with people wanting to block IPs not finding out how one could be!
