Downloads are not working

    The clients purchase goes through Paypal but the download of our ebooks never happens. When we go to the WooCommerce Dashboard it says order was cancelled by the customer which is not true. I have spent the last three days trying things I’ve found in the forum, I also had our host server give suggestions which have not worked. Please can you help?

    Hi there,

    It sounds like there are two things at play here:

    1. IPN payment notifications no making it to your website; and
    2. Orders getting cancelled automatically.

    To troubleshoot this further, please do the following:

    • Share a screenshot of the “order notes” section as found under WooCommerce > Orders > YOUR CANCELLED ORDER > Order notes on the right hand side
    • Confirm that the value under WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Inventory > Hold Stock is empty
