WP not going to Gallery

  • Hi. I’ve had my WP 2.0.2 site up and running for a long time now, successfully. Also on my domain is my photo albums, which use Gallery.

    My webpage is at domain.org, my WP blog at domain.org/blog, and my gallery at domain.org/gallery.

    But today I was browsing through my site and noticed when I went to domain.org/gallery, it didn’t go to my photos but instead to my blog, which is the default page it goes to when there is a non-existent directory in the url (e.g. domain.org/anything will always go to domain.org/blog).

    The Gallery data are all still there. Does anyone have any idea what’s going on?

  • Hi,

    Have a check with these options:

    -> Disable all the plugins
    -> upgrade your wordpress and gallery version
    -> Remove all unwanted code from htaccess
    -> contact your hosting service provider if they have amde any changes in server wide.
