• We switched from using a ShortPixel for optimizing site images and while Imagify is easy, it’s got to be one of the slowest products we’ve used. Like others, images are transferred off to a remote server, processed and added back to your media library. We launched a brand new website we’re optimizing with maybe 10-20 small images and it’s taken over an hour and it’s only 5% done. Will most likely switch back to ShortPixel. Yesterday their website was almost non-responsive so something is going.

WP-Rocket needs to dig in on this property and fix it or drop it IMHO. LOVE WP-Rocket but not Imagify.

  • I agree. I wanted to try Imagify and bought the one-time package to convert 5000+ images for a client. It will take like a week ??

Just tried it again and it’s still slow compared to ShortPixel, really slow. ??
