We are seeing this on random orders. One customer tried 7 times to place and order where others before her and after were fine. We were able to use the Card Connect virtual terminal with the same card with no issues. There is no WooCommerce side logging for the plugin to determine the issue. Since some people work and others don’t (and hers was every single time) how do we track this down?

    Hi @ccolotti ,

What version of the plugin, WP, PHP, and Woo are you using?

Any responses from CardConnect get logged in the failed order notes, regardless of the WP_DEBUG setting. The plugin itself reports any info from CC.

If there were PHP errors, you would find that in the normal WP_DEBUG log

You can reach out to card connect, and have them reach out to me (Rex), if you would like me to take a look at things specific to your website.

Have you tried to turn off the address validation in the plugin? The virtual terminal may not have that turned on, or be required.

Turned out this was an issue on WINDOWS machines and a siteground optimizer setting for loading blocking JS files. Nothing to do with the plugin but that setting affected how the plugin was loading on windows Chrome but was not affecting Mac Chrome.
