“Manually set” broken in 2.0.5

    In the new version (2.0.5) all the manually selected related posts don’t appear anymore. Can you have a look at this?
    Very good plugin, btw!

    i have recently added order & orderby options that cause the issue, don’t worry, i just made another update please update plugin latest version and see there is an option “post__in” under orderby

    @pickplugins Don’t put ?filter=5 on review links. That hides all of the non-5 star reviews and that a bit dishonest. I deleted your review link.

    You do not have to do that. All the reviews here default to 5 stars. The user would have to manually change it to something else.
