    Hey –
    We’re having some issues with calculations here. Client has set the interest rate to 2% fixed. ￡75,000 at 30 years should be outputting ￡277, not ￡213.

    The rate may be fixed but mortgages use amortisation to calculate the repayments. And the USA does this differently to Europe. The plugin has options to calculate repayments using both methods.
