Taxonomy

Hi,
First of all thanks for making this great plugin.
I would like to add a taxonomy to my website.
I am trying to use a very simple CSV file (the link attached below) and after a successful run, I can’t find the taxonomy anywhere.
The plugin shows all the info that I have added but can’t find in on the website.

Can you please tell me what I am doing wrong?
