    The shipping address used to be visible, both on preview and print. Now it does not show at all.

    To the best of my understanding, no. The customer called when the Shipping Address was no longer showing, and I had not personally changed anything myself. There were a whole lot of plugin updates needed when I logged in to check on this, including your plugin. But it was not updated until after the issue occured.

    I am getting the same issue – only the billing address is showing up when I print out both invoices and receipts.

    Can you please inform us what settings have you kept for the shipping destination in the shipping options which is located at WooCommerce/Settings/Shipping/Shipping option.

    Hi Kenil802 – thanks for your reply
    My Shipping address is now showing.
    The only change that I can think of that I made was in the Guest Checkout – (under accounts / privacy) I had ticked the Allow customers to place orders without an Account. I unticked this and reticked it and the shipping address came back. Not sure if this was the cure, but it is working now. Thank you for your reply.

    Sorry for the delay in response and the inconvenience caused due to this issue.

    To troubleshoot the issue, can you please share the admin credentials of your site on the email? Email address is ‘support at tychesoftwares dot freshdesk dot com’, which will, in turn, create a ticket for you on our ticketing system.

    This information would help us in replicating the issue on our staging site.

    Turns out an update to WooCommerce removed the Shipping Zone and Method, which apparently are needed for this option to display. Not sure why and update would do that, but adding it back corrected the issue.
