Issuing Credit Refund only and removal of cancel request logs

  • Hello,

    I have a question about 2 things:

    1. Is there any option to issue credit refunds only when an order is cancelled? I see you can refund the whole amount(both credits and partial paid via other merchant).

    2. For the “Cancel Request” logs, if an order is deleted, is there somewhere they can be deleted?
