Yoast redirect killing me

lets start with example.
I had a page and called example_page. I just created new page like new_example_page.
After that I called old one to like old.example_page. And then I removed that page from menu and updated with new_example_page.
But it’s redirect to https://domain/old_example_page. It has not redirect. It should be https://domain.example_page.
Also that https://domain/new_example_page redirect to old_example_page.Whats wrong with Yoast?.
