    Hi,
A customer received wrong invoice when he did payment:
Customer bought for €299 products, incl taxes, and €7.20 shipment costs, incl taxes.
When I print invoice in WooCommerce, I get a good invoice for €306.20, the amount the customer also payed with electronic payment.
Customer received invoice with €299 product, but €57.84 SHIPMENT cists, where I cannot imagine where that number comes from.
Both invoices have same ID and refrence. I can send you both documents if needed

    Kind regards,

    Luc
PS I use std simple Template

    Hi @orotec,

That is very strange. The manually created invoice in your backend should not differ from the invoice your customer receives. Can you send both invoices to [email protected]? Thank you in advance.

in addition to this, if you can include the email to which this invoice was attached, that should give us more clues on where exactly this goes wrong. Do you use any plugins for the shipping cost, or is this a standard WooCommerce shipping method?

I have found the proble, but cannot see where it comes from. Whe I move the order to ‘processing’, it doubles the VAT https://i.imgur.com/mvC6sYJ.png as it puts the total VAT amount also with free shiping item. Don’t know what’s causing it

I see – the fact that this shipping cost shows the same way in the WooCommerce order means that the issue is not with the PDF Invoice plugin but somewhere higher upstream with WooCommerce. This can be custom code (functions.php) if you or someone else has added this to the site, or a third party plugin. For the latter case I would recommend making test orders with third party WooCommerce plugins disabled and then enable them one by one to see which causes this issue.
I’m closing this topic now though, if you do need more help with this and think it’s an issue with WooCommerce itself, I recommend reaching out to WooCommerce support (my guess is that it’s a third party plugin though, perhaps the coupon has to do with this too?)
