Show taxonomy names in the template page

  • How can i show the taxonomy name in the relative page ?
    I’m using (is_taxonomy() but i don’t know how show the name ??

    seems there is a problem, what i use to show some particular text only in the taxonomy page ? is_taxonomy is always true, i’d something like “is_category” “is_single”

    I have used a taxonomy.php template and did echo $taxonomy and $term.

    Thanks, it works. But is not possible show the taxonomy label and the term name ?

    and another question, is possible with a plugin add noindex to all this pages ? Like with tag pages
