Not receiving user submitted question approval

I have the pro version and set up user submission capability (email “a” as admin mail). I asked a test question (used email “b” in submission form) and I received the question in email “a”. It sent a link to visit to approve. I published the FAQ and it showed up fine but I never received an email (to email “b”) letting me know that my test question had been approved.
