Forminator form fields not loading on IE

    Hi there

    I’m running a donation form on my test page [form is live but not linked from menu – don’t donate unless you mean it ;-)] as a trial to poss converting our payment forms from ninja to forminator. The form isn’t loading properly in Explorer, with payment/card and country fields not showing up at all.

    I know IE isn’t very popular these days but I have an older supporter base who still like it.

  • Hi @lizoneill,

    Thanks for bringing this up to our attention, I have reported the credit card field issue to our developers to check it out.

    Country field is working fine no my end however, and it seems that the issue on your site with that is caused by Autoptimize so try excluding that page or form from it to show Country selector.
