Toolbar when switching to landscape from frozen “View in Full Screen” message

    Hi.
    When on small phone (android) screen with “View in Full Screen” message displayed, switching to landscape orientation unfreezes the embed but toolbar still does not appear.
    Any way around this very specific situation?

  • Hi @ceol,

    It sounds like you might be running into a conflict between the device’s zoom and the plugin’s. I have a couple of suggestions that you can try:

    1. Disable the device zoom with simple method provided here in our FAQ: https://wp-pdf.com/kb/problems-on-mobile-devices/
    2. Slightly increase the View in Full Screen trigger width in the PDF Embedder ? Mobile tab
