Required fields-error despite all fields checked

    Hi,

    I want to use your plugin to offer free booklets to users (for lead generation). On my downloads page, when I enter my email address and check the privacy checkbox, then send submit, I get the error message that I have to fill in all required fields.
    But aside from email and privacy check, there AREN’T any other fields (nor should there be).

    Am I doing something wrong here? Or is there a glitch somewhere?

    Thanks in advance for your help! If this works out for me, I’ll get the premium version so I can connect to Mailchimp.

    I found out it was a general database problem. Solved it by uploading my backup database from a previous date.

    I have tested your subscribe and download form and everything works fine.
