Upon further inspection this thing is happening only with anonymous users the js files are not being loaded only for anonymous users . This makes the plugin totally unuseful as contact form is required mostly when the users are not logged in .
Now i hope the plugin author can sort out this issue.
There is no issue for logged in users . I can make the user logged in before making the user submitting the form but it will be true meaningless to make an anonymous user with an enquiry a user of the website.

Hi there @krishnakant888 I see you reported this thread to the moderators. Please note that we are just the folks who enforce the rules around all of www.remarpro.com.

Reporting to moderators doesn’t get any faster support, instead it just kind of attracts attention from folks whose radar you probably don’t want to be on. ??

If you really do need a moderator, please add a reply letting us know why before you hit the report button.

Otherwise, please hang in there for the plugin’s support to reply when they can.

Sorry i thought that link was to ask a reply from moderator . I obey to the rules and regulations of the community and i strictly adhere to this i gotta know the importance of this button.

Sorry to the plugin author and moderator.I will look and wait for an help as this issue can help many users.

    Regards

This could be due to a conflict with your WP theme or one of the other plugins you are using. It’s relatively common to have JavaScript issues on one platform that are not a problem on other platforms.

Switch temporarily (nothing will be lost when you switch back) to a WP default theme & disable all plugins other than Contact Form 7 to see if the problem goes away.

If it does you can switch back to your theme & re-activate each plugin one by one to see when the problem occurs.

Thanks Neil for trying to extend your helping hand .
