New list: How to let existing subscribers sign-up to the new list

    Hi,

    We have just created a new list on our website and would like existing subscribers to our newsletter to be able to sign-up to the new list as well.

    However when I try to sign-up to the new list with my our test account that is already subscribed to our newsletter NOTHING happens.

    When I then delete our test account from the subscribers and then try to subscribe to our new list is works. When I then try to subscribe to our newsletter NOTHING happens.

    Is this by design or are we doing something wrong in our setup?

    Hi Jeroen,

    It should work signing up for another list. Are you using a standard MailPoet form or a third-party form?

    We are using contact form 7 and the contact form 7 plugin for mailpoet
