• I have a very odd problem. Since setting up my SMTP plugin my form submissions no longer contact the user email address. My forms arrive with all the content but no email address – i,e the submissions are all useless because I have no idea who sent them. The email address field is in the form and should be printed in the response. Anyone seen this before and have any idea how to fix it? Thanks

    Hi Marcus
Please check your fields email in the Message Body:

    Form tab should be
    <label> Your email (required)
    [email* your-email] </label>

    Message Body tab
    From: [your-name]
    Email: [your-email]
    Subject: [your-subject]

Go into your contact form, then click the mail button at the top and insert into the additional headers box – Reply-To: [your-email] then save.

I have 3 contact form links on the contact page and I clicked the 3rd one which said contact form flat as I am using the flatsome theme and just inserted the above and it worked
