Hi there go in the debug log some info about your PlugIn:

PHP Deprecated: Function create_function() is deprecated in …/wp-content/plugins/qc-simple-link-directory/option-tree/includes/ot-functions-admin.php on line 69

    Any ideas why?

We are checking. In the meantime, can you please confirm the PHP version on your server?

    Thanks

By the latest, I assume you are using 7.3.x? Checking in it.

Oh, it seems like you are using the pro version.

Please log on to your account from our website, download the latest version of SLD pro and upgrade to that.

Also, for the pro version, kindly open a ticket from https://qc.ticksy.com so we can give proper support. This community forum is for the free version.

    Thank you!

Oh did not know this, as i get this preinstalligs of all plug ins from a developer, and no log ins etc.

So simple questin then: if i change to free version” what will i loose? Can i use the links created in the pro version in the free version then as well and if so how?

Downgrading from pro to free version is not recommended. Pro version has a lot of extra fields and features that you will lose and also there may be other unintended effects because of serialized meta data. We never tested this. You can take a full backup and give it a try. But be ready to restore from back up if there are problems.

    Thanks

Hmmm ok, will think about it. Unfortunately the developer is not available anymore so i have now the mess to sort out. Basically i habe just entered link name and link nothing else front submission i don‘t use. So basically the free version will be enough for that, right?

Yes, free version should work for that.

    Thanks
