Error after auto update to 2.8.4

I logged in this morning into the admin portion and started doing the auto update to 2.8.4. I never got a complete message adter about 30 min I did refresh and got an error going on the root or the admin dashboard.

this is the error:
Fatal error: Cannot instantiate non-existent class: translations in /mnt/w0009/d43/s44/b02a50d2/www/truetasteofitaly.com/wp-includes/l10n.php on line 407

Anyone have any solution to this issue?
