    Hi,

Can you please check whether you receive a test email or not? You can check it from Email Subscribers > Settings > Email Sending.

    Hi Malay,
I have the same problem since then. Before the update the plugin worked perfekt. I checked the test email, but nothing reached me. Only the massage, that sending was successfully. And a new post didn’t send the Emails to the contacts but the report shows okay (was sent).
After this I checked complete website by the plugin Wp Mail Logging. The same problem.

No Email send from complete WordPress Website. Also not from the Contact form 7. What can be the reason?

    Hi Sina,

If any WordPress emails are not being sent out then there must be some issue with your host. Please check with your host and confirm the email deliverability.

If it works, emails from Email subscribers will also work.

BTW, we recommend our users to use SMTP to send out reliable emails and we have added support for SMTP in Email Subscribers Premium. You may want to check that.

    I hope that helps.

    Hi Malay,
maybe that’s a misunderstanding or my last sentence is incorrect. Difficult to explain. It’s the same problem like @hecthewreck explained.

There are outgoing Emails by WordPress but something seems to prevent that subscribers get them. Before last week every Email was delivered.
All massanges say that Email was successfully send but nothing reached. Also not in the spam folder.
Can the reason hang together with the vulnerability? Wordfence Scan was okay.

Same here, all sent no one received.

No need to answer already. After a month with problems using your plugin and suffering your SPAM Banners I removed it and installed another one with similar name but really different behavior and everything works as expected.

    Good luck with your plugin.

This doesn’t work, I did what you said previously, I haven’t posted on my site since the last time and today I post a new one and says sent but even to my test email I got nothing.

Sent another out hoping a change would come but nothing, I really liked this plugin but I see its going downhill from all the post I’m reading, such a pity.

Hello, same problem here: receiving an email confirmation that the campaign was sent, however the campaign email itself was never received. Also tried sending myself a test email and it went through without any problems. Any update on this?

Used a new test email and said sent successfully but didn’t get anything.

Now I tried to send myself an email and I got this: SMTP Error: Could not authenticate.

    @hecthewreck

Error “SMTP Error: Could not authenticate” state that your SMTP credentials are incorrect.

Do you use any SMTP plugin to send out emails using WordPress?

    Yes I do any solution?
