    Hello,

Just wanted to let you know that this does not work with Variable subscription products and auto apply coupon is checked. It makes the products free when adding them to the cart. There is no mention of the coupon being adding, it just sets the price to $0.

Variable Subscription Product – Signup Price $99 / Recurring Price $0.

Coupon 50% off – restricted to this variable product, auto apply coupon when restrictions met ticked.

Add product to cart. Price $0.

This just cost me a lot of business with promotion I’m running. Not happy.

    Regards,

    Jamie.

Our plugin is not tested in combination with the subscriptions plugin.

That said, the discount amount is handled by WooCommerse itself, so I wonder if/how our plugin could actually cause this…

What happens if you disable our plugin, but still apply the coupon?

Can you paste the coupon setting here? If you enable debug mode of our plugin you get a link to download the coupon as json on the Miscellaneous tab.

    Hello,

Yes I can confirm that your plugin is causing the issue. As a plugin developer myself I have performed the required debugging and can confirm that yes, disabling your plugin stops the issue.

I’m currently running a promotion so I can’t debug on my live site. I’ll create a staging and get the details setup on that in the next day or so.

    cheers,

    Jamie.

If you change the coupon to a manual coupon, and if you apply it manually, does the problem occur then?
