What is the Participation Number?

  • I don’t know which number to enter in the Participation Number. When I log in to the DHL Business Customer Portal and open the contract data, there are four products under “Abrechnungsnummer/Produkt”. But they all end with the same two characters. And also in the column “Kennung/License Plate” three of four entries end the same. Which is the correct one?

    The participation number consists of the last two characters of the respective accounting number, which you will find in your DHL contract data (for example, 01).

    Thank you! But what, if all 4 products end with “01”? Should I insert “01” for every product?
