Below the client’s name are links to the their website. One link (their company name) opens up in a new window. However, the URL link below the company name opens in the same window. How do I do one of the following:

    1. Hide the URL (since that opens in the same window – I want it to open in a new window), or
    2. Make the URL also open in a new window

    Thank you!

  • Hello @des2019,

Thank you for reaching out to us!
Can you please send me your website’s url so I can take a look and see how those links are added in the testimonial?

    Thank you,
    Mihaela

    Hi Mihaela,
I can tell you that the links are being added in the testimonial under the Client Details section, when adding a new testimonial.

    Company Name
    Location
    Website

When viewing the testimonial on the web page, it appears as

Company name (which, when clicked, opens up in a new window).
https://companyname.com (when clicked, opens in the same window).

I need both of those to open in a new window. Or, at least, hide the direct URL to the site.

    Thank you!

    Thank you for explaining!
Please go to your View > edit it > scroll down to Custom Fields > Company website > and set it up like in my screenshot here: https://gyazo.com/a4f9c1cea7680f11b21fc79d3c2a4168
Save and it will work afterwards.

    Thank you,
    Mihaela

Thank you!! It was the “link with another field” option that I missed!

    Case closed. ??

    You’re most welcome!
