    The error only affected the v4.0 migration process while updating, refresh the plugins page and you will see that the plugin should still have updated. I have released v4.0.2 which should re-run the migration correctly.

    This was a strange issue, the code is technically correct, but because of the way WordPress updates plugins asynchronously, it wasn’t loading the PHP Upgrade classes in the normal way that Site Reviews expects.

    @markoterra3 Please update to v4.0.3 which fixes IP address detection for servers that do not support IPv6.

    @jwhitney071690 @darkallman @markoterra3 Please update the plugin to the latest version which should resolve the following issues:

    – Fixed IP address detection for servers that do not support IPv6.
    – Fixed pagination when using the default count of 5 reviews per page
    – Fixed plugin migration on update
    – Fixed possible PHP compatibility issues
