Something has made my site look different and I think it might be the 12.2 update of Yoast SEO. Siteground have restored a previous back-up so it’s as though I had never updated and this is fine, it looks as it should. But I would like to try and see if it is the Yoast update that’s the problem, but I daren’t do it unless I can easily go back to the previous version. So this is probably an elementary question, but how can I test this update? Can I un-update if it’s causing a problem?

    Hi @ruthbillheimer,

Yoast SEO does not have any feature to easily roll back to the previous version, but you can use WP Rollback, which allows rolling back updates of any plugin from the www.remarpro.com repository.

Thank you. Actually I tested it on another website which isn’t so important. I found that the problem was nothing to do with Yoast, but my own fault for checking “Combine CSS Files” in the SiteGround optimiser. But thanks, it’s good to know if I need to rollback any plugin updates in the future.
