Ship order from specific store location based on customers geo-location

My business has 2 (soon to be 3) physical brick-&-mortar stores. However we only have 1 e-commerce website. I am wanting to use Geo-location on the website to pinpoint where the customer is located in Thailand (Province/State), and depending where they are located their order will be shipped from our nearest store to the customer.

The products for that order will then be reduced accordingly from the multi-inventory for that particular store.

Weight based shipping would be calculated depending on the customers distance from their nearest store location.

It may also be more practical if we have the order confirmation emailed ‘only‘ to that same store (Store Manager) that received the order, instead of either to a generic email address that all stores can view, or to multiple store managers in different locations. This would prevent multiple stores receiving the same order and shipping it out multiple times to customers.

A few items are pickup only. We need something to facilitate this. And based on the customers geolocation offer the nearest store for pickup before purchasing.

WooCommerce Weight Based Shipping
ATUM Multi-inventory

I was advised to try the plugin: Local Pickup Plus by WooCommerce : https://woocommerce.com/products/local-pickup-plus/

This plugin fits everything I require from customer geo-locations, multi-inventories, email confirmations to specific stores, and local pickup location for customers, the downfall is it is for pickup geo-locations only, and not shipping. I contact WooCommerce and and asked if this plugin could still facilitate my needs, which they replied unfortunately it cannot.

Can anyone advise me what or how I can can accomplish this?
