Subject for flamingo

Hi,

i’m trying to use flamingo as a back-up for contact form 7. the problem is that, for each completed contact form on our contact page, I want to submit one and the same subject. I do not want visitors to be able to determine the subject themselves or at least not the subject used by flamingo. Does anyone have a solution for this?
