Text in control panel is lined out to the right when other language is selected.

I’ve two languages on my website. Dutch and English, where Dutch is the primary language. However, when I’m editing the English pages, all my text is being lined out to the right. This happens in the control panel. How do I fix this? It’s incredibly annoying.
