Content disappearing/reappearing after server move

My blog was moved to a new server yesterday and now every update that I make – add a video, make a new post, alter a page – keeps disappearing and the blog keeps rolling back to the content as it was before the move. Basically, new posts randomly come and go and when I check the uploads folder on the server, the videos I put up yesterday are sometimes there and sometimes not.

How do I fix this?
