Popup Not Displaying Correctly

    Is this image added as a featured image or directly in the popup content?

    If you add an image as a featured image you can go to Appearance tab of your popup and configure further how the image will fill the popup.

    In the same tab you can also enable custom popup width where you can set the width of the popup to match your image width.

    It is added directly in the popup content.

    Hello @computercorner,

    I hope you’re doing well!

    The background is defined in a color-palette section, that selected in the Appearance tab.

    You may also instead of adding an image into the content, add an image as a featured image. Please see the screenshot:

    As Predrag mentioned you may adjust the size of the pop-up to match image dimensions.

    In the Appearance tab, from the color-palette section, you may choose on Customize and change the background color to match the image color, so an image will blend with the background. Please see this screenshot:
