Settings > Access > Exclude the following URLs: still require login

In the site I’ve set it up with the following setting – see screenshot here:

With the initial setup, everything worked fine – the pages I exclude here was able to be accessed for everyone.
But for some reason this is not the case – eg. if you go to the URL, I’ve added to this post it requires login.
I don’t understand what could have changed.
Any ideas why / how this can happen and how to change it to be accessed?Thank you in advance! ??
