Table not showing properly

Although I have set up multiple price variations (https://prnt.sc/pchgdj), they are not showing up properly on the frontend (https://prnt.sc/pchgp8). Some of the options are not displayed + the prices are not correct.
What can be the cause of this and how can we fix it?
