Edit position and font of site description and logo

Hello,

I’d like to adjust the position of the logo and site description. Not entirely sure if these are in fact separate or distinct issues.

1. Add a tagline or site description along the top of the site, but be displayed beside the logo (at the right of the logo, instead of underneath it).

2. Format the site description to include a break between the English and French versions of the text. So would like 2 separate paragraphs.

3. Would like the logo to appear further to the left, with the description centered.

4. Change the font of the site description.
