Error message while newsletter submit

    Hi,
    While submitting the Newsletter form I got this message: “oops there is a problem with the form:textstatus:error errorthrown: responsetext:undefiend”.Iam using Mailpoet version 2. Please help to solve this issue

  • Estamos com o seguinte problema: Toda vez que enviamos uma newsletter aparece esta mensagem e para de enviar até que excluimos o endere?o, antes isso n?o acontecia, mas agora sempre, e isso atrapalha nossos envios.
    Expected response code 354 but got code “550”, with message “550 Your username has exceeded the allowed sending rate Assinante n?o processado (conta de email).
    Por favor, nos ajude a resolver.

    This is the support forum for MailPoet 3 and not MailPoet 2.
    MailPoet 2 is no longer officially supported. We’d recommend upgrading to MailPoet 3.
