    I love the grid view!! Unfortunately, when I use the new upgraded plugin, not all of my products show. I have 104 products in a category but only 60 are showing. Some other pages so all 100+ products in a category, but I just added one more and it does not show on the front end (until I disable the plugin)

    I’m using the Divi theme

    HELP??

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    hi @ginnywills
    thanks for the report.

    Can you tell me how you upgraded please, did you go through 1.8.1->2.0.0>1.8.1 (ie did you jump back to old version when you realised 2.0 was not working satisfactorily?

    No – i actually don’t know how to rollback to the former version, so now I am stuck with the 2.0 version. But yes, I have used the plugin for a while now and upgraded each time there has been an update.

    BTW – I love the new version, the way you can see the products and move them around. I just need it to show all them on the site.

    ok, in v2.1 there is a reset button for a specific term if it has not got all the ranking.

    In the reorder admin page of your post section, once you have selected a term in the dropown select menu, you will see all your ranked posts as a grid. Only the first 20 are inistially displayed, if you have more than 20, you have slider above the grid to display more posts. Use to slider to view/sort all your posts.

    Above the slider is a chekbox that allows you to enable a resest button for these posts ranking. If you are missing some posts in a given term ranking, then reset it. It will reload the ranking from the custom DB table used v1.x.

    If you are still missing posts then get in touch on vrata at syllogic dot in

    Thanks for your reply but when I hit the reset button – that actually made it worse. Now it is only showing 1 item, when there are 104 products in the category.

    hi @ginnywills,

    sorry for the delayed response. in v2.2 the reset button now allows you reload the v1.x rankings. (see screenshot #4).

    Let me know if this fixes your issue. If you are still having problems, please reach out to vrata at syllogic dot in

    I am still having troubles with the plugin and I can’t seem to get anywhere.

    This site is running version 1.8.1 and I have ordered my products the way I want them, but it only shows 73 of the 102 products.

    https://www.jtribble.com/product-category/in-stock/

    This is my dev site which is running ver 2.2 of your plugin and I have ordered my products the way I want them, but it only shows 79 of the 102 products

    https://jtribblestage.wpengine.com/product-category/in-stock/

    In both cases, if I disable the plugin, all 102 products show up. If I open a product that is missing and then resave it, it will then show up.

    But even more worrying, the new version lets me reorder the products but it does not show on the front end at all.

    Basically, the new version is not working AT ALL. And advice?

    if you are running the old version, then your custom table somehow does not contain all your posts. This is strange.

    that’s very odd indeed. Does it show up on the front using the old version?

    @ginnywills I checked the front-end results and they are working fine for me.

    Can you please enable the following in order to debug your posts sql query to see if we can get to the bottom of this,

    enable WP_DEBUG and send all dumps to the log file using the following lines in your wp-config.php file,

    define('WP_DEBUG', true);
     if ( WP_DEBUG ) {
         define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );
         define( 'WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false );
         @ini_set( 'display_errors', 0 );
         define('AUTOSAVE_INTERVAL', 600 );  //seconds
     }

    next hood the posts_request filter to dump the sql to the wp-content/debug.log file with the following lines in your functions.php file,

    add_filter( 'posts_request', 'dump_request' );
    function dump_request( $input ) {
        var_dump($input);
        return $input;
    }

    inspect the resulting sql query, if it looks fine, please test it on your actual DB using phpmyadmin.

    let me know what you find

    v2.2.1 has a small update on the front-end queries to try to remedy some of the issues reported by various users about the front-end orders not showing up properly.

    Spoke too soon. I just re-ordered two of my categories, but now working on a third category and it won’t change on the front end.

    On this page I have moved the last two products (rutherford + Greta) to position #1 and #2 on the back end but they do not change on the front end: https://jtribblestage.wpengine.com/product-category/in-stock/

    hird category and it won’t change on the front end.

    please read FAQ #10. There is a bug in WP with taxonomy arhive queries.
