    Please read this *before* you create your own thread on these forums so we could help you faster.

    Make sure to read our documentation and FAQ
    Update your plugin to the latest version

    Find a bug? Use GitHub
    If you think you’ve discovered a bug in our software, the best place to report, it is on GitHub. Be specific and provide us as many details as possible (but please search first too ?? )
    And of course, make sure it’s not related to third party theme or plugin. To do so, deactivate all other plugins and switch to the default theme and see if solved your problem. Otherwise, submit an issue.
