• I’ve been using sumo payment plans ( https://fantasticplugins.com/shop/sumo-payment-plans/ ) plug in along with the WPC product bundles pro for around a month without issue.

It seems however that this latest update has just broken the compatibility somehow.

Is it possible to get a copy of the previous version of the plugin? Or that the compatibility is restored?

    Thanks,

    Simon

    Hi @siwhyatt ,

I have handed your ticket over to our developers and they will look at your site and the plugin to find a solution to the conflict. However, this might take some time as we’re always snowed under.

Since you’re using the Premium version of our plugin and in case you want your problem to be solved more quickly, please kindly contact directly to our developers via this page.

Thank you for your patience and understanding. We’ll keep you posted when there’s good news about this.

    Best regards.

    Hi @siwhyatt ,

I did report your case to our developers and yesterday we released an update for this plugin, have you updated your plugin yet? Please do it, check your site again then give us some feedback if the issue still remains unsolved so that we would know what needs to be improved on.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Best regards.

    Thanks for your message.

I have updated to the latest version, but unfortunately the problem still persists.

It’s a compatibility issue with sumo payment plans.

They were working together until the previous update to WPC bundles around 3 weeks ago.

Since then the behaviour has changed and the customer gets charged the deposit amount + the full bundle total at the checkout (previously it worked as intended, charging a deposit amount, and creating a separate linked payment order for the balance).

This 2nd payment is still created, but would result in the customer having payed double were they to pay it.

If there’s any way to resolve, it would be great.

    Thanks,

    Simon

    Hi @siwhyatt ,

For your case, I’d recommend that you send an email directly to our developers and describe the problem as well as provide the needed information for them to find the cause and fix this soon. You can kindly find the contact in this page. I have reported your case, but it was sent to a waiting list, so this incompatibility might possibly haven’t been solved in this update. Don’t worry, our developers are working truly hard to fix all the reported cases asap.

As the number of users grew exponentially, we’re a bit snowed under at the present. Please be patient while we’re working to fix this. We would appreciate your patience and understanding. Thank you.

    Regards.
