Migrate WordPress to fresh installation xampp

  • Good afternoon,

    I,m creating a wordpress-site on my Local Xampp-host. My problem: the xampp-host is crashing minute after minute. Now i want to install a fresh new version of Xampp (which has no Update-possibilities) to solve those problems.. My problem: my existent Xampp-installation contains my wordpress (and my Elementor Page Builder). My question: how can i migrate the old wordpress-installation from the old Xampp to a new fresh Xampp-installation?

  • just copy the folder where your website is and backup the database which as attached to it. Next time you install xampp copy the folder and import database it will start working again.

    Imported the database, and get an error-message when i try to enter the database from the browser: “Error connecting to Database”
