Primary language linking to homepage of second language instead of it page

I have 2 languages:
english: standard
arabic: second languageSo in the template page: https://nabta.juvoclients.com/community-ar/ it can be linked to https://nabta.juvoclients.com/community/ but when I am in https://nabta.juvoclients.com/community/ and I click to translate to arabic, it goes to arabic home page, and I am sure there are both linked in the back-end.
I did the same with home page and another page called Tests and the all work perfect. Only this page is driving me mental. the only thing different is because this page use template, there were the same template before but I decided to create another to try to fix the issue but no success.
