• Hi !

We have a SES account that is properly configured to send emails at Amazon (domain verified, verified sender, Dkim, Dmarc, etc). We have been using this for the last two years long.

However, we are not able to make our sender address to appear at the plugin “Verified sender” tab. This address is already verified at Amazon; anyway, I try to add it using the plugin, I receive the confirmation link, I go through it but our verified sender never appears at the plugin’s “Verified sender” tab.

The “Send test email” works fine, and we actually do receive the test emails; however, we still see this warning at the “Verified sender” tab:

We’ve noticed that emails are being sent from the following unverified email addresses:

    [email protected]

Please verify these email addresses with Amazon, or use an email address that has already been verified.

    What am I doing wrong?
    Thanks in advance,
    Antonio

  • Close the notification and you will not see that message as long as you have verified sender in your AWS account

I am suffering this also. It sends a test mail OK but it keeps moaning about an address not being verified, yet it shows in the list within this plugin as being verified. If I close the warning, it just returns.

I have this issue as well. I tried to verify the sender via the plugin. Originally it failed, but that was due to AWS permissions. We fixed the permissions, and the verification error went away. The email was sent to confirm the email address, and we did so; however, the email does not show in the verified list of senders in the plugin settings. Now we are continually getting error messages about failed sends.

There’s no way to view why the message failed to send either, but I guess it’s because the plugin doesn’t have the verified sender?
