Popup for registration form confirmation

Hi,

I’m currently working on a site that uses Ultimate member for user registration.
Regarding the registration form, once the register button is clicked, the form is being processed straight away.
I would like to use this popup plugin to introduce a confirmation notice that triggers once the registration button is clicked with the message “Do you confirm that your information is correct?” With two buttons, a “Agree” button which submits the ultimate member form and cancel that closes the popup form.
My issue is i cant get the “Agree” button to submit the registration form.
