Facebook App Review required

Hello, I’ve received a bizarre email from facebook https://static.md/561a856c88feccb8c98632636dd142e5.png sending me to a Facebook page for developers requiring all kinds of stuff. I’ve read this post from 2018.
Is the bottomline that I have to buy a premium app from NextScript and free plugin no longer posts to Facebook?
I am hesitant to do so because I just read in this forum that even a premium subscriber is not getting her support requests answered.

Any help would be appreciated. I am using Version 4.3.9
