YouTube video not showing on mobile

  • I updated the header media to include a video from YouTube, however it doesn’t show up on Mobile. Any ideas on why this might be?

    It is a default feature of WordPress that header video does not show up on screen dimension below 900px width and 500px height.

    However you can use Header Enhancement Plugin to make the header video show up on mobile devices as well.

    Thank you for your response. I tried this. Unfortunately, when I activated the plugin, it made it so that the header media did not show up on either my laptop or mobile device (before I was just having an issue with seeing it on the mobile device). I had to deactivate it again to see the header media again on the laptop, but still can’t see it on the mobile device.

    I tried the plugin with Rock Band theme at my end and the header video seems to show up fine on mobile screens.

    Can you try deactivating all your other plugins and only activate Header Enhancement Plugin?
    Now check if the header video works on both desktop and mobile screens.
