• I cannot access the site I have registration magic installed has been running for years, which has been running for a long time, I added my listing and changed the admin email to mine as I will be looking after the site, and now I am getting this message

    Try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

    If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel (consult your hosting provider’s documentation for specifics on these), navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

    I cant see the plugins if I click on dashboard I get a white page with this message

    Oh sorry I tried what you sent but it said I had to download something that then said be careful you cannot get back what you delete so i cancelled.

    AM I in big trouble here this is a disaster I am not a programmer I need serious help

    You’ll find phpMyAdmin in your hosting account’s control panel. As for FTP/SFTP, you’ll consult your hosting provider’s documentation for details.

    Your site is entirely self-contained, we have no more access than any normal visitor would.
